  3. An Affiliate may, at their sole discretion, elect to offer entries into any of the MyRunning events. Upon the creation of a new justrunning account, all MyRunning events shall be configured as 'Active', thereby actively offering entries. This status is subject to modification on an event-by-event basis within the Affiliate's justrunning portal at any time.
  4. Should an Affiliate maintain an 'Active' status for any event, the following conditions shall apply:
    • The Affiliate will be presented as a valid charity entry option within the MyRunning portal.

When a DCE is sent, the entry status is 'Pending', and the entry is not considered Approved until the recipient of the DCE takes positive action to complete the entry within their MyRunning account.
  12. Instant Charity Entries are automatically available across all MyRunning events to Affiliates holding 'Official' or 'Premier' charity status. ICE entries are also available to Affiliates who are actively using either the ‘Registration Fee Collection Service’ or the ‘JustGiving Page Creation Service’.

If a credit refund is due to the Affiliate at the time of withdrawal, the credits shall be automatically refunded to the account.
  17. Unless explicitly agreed upon with justrunning, all approved entries subsequently withdrawn by the Affiliate shall be subject to a 10% charge of the original credit cost. Consequently, all refunds shall be processed at 90% of the original credit value.

  10. The banking service charge shall be applied to each individual Registration Fee payment collection and shall be automatically deducted by GSi Events prior to any reconciliation or remittance of funds to the Affiliate.
